Dear AGBU Member,

The Executive Committee of AGBU London is pleased to invite you to the General Meeting 2009, which will take place at the Nevart Gulbenkian Hall, Iverna Gardens, W8 6TP on Sunday, 27 September 2009, 5:00 PM.

During the last term, AGBU London has organised a number of Conferences, Educational and Cultural events.  The Chair will report on the completed work at the meeting, the agenda of which is as follows:

• Opening of the Meeting
• Chair’s Report
• Treasurer’s Report
• Elections for the Following Term*
• Any Other Business
• Closing

We hope your participation will be possible and look forward to seeing you on the 27^th.

* We would kindly remind those members who have overlooked the payment of the membership fee for 2009, that they will not be entitled to participate in the election unless the payment is made a week prior to the meeting. The Membership Renewal forms were posted to those who have not yet renewed their 2009 membership. If due to the recent postal strike or for any other reason, you have not received the renewal membership form, you can download it here
