Focus 2011
Paris, France
FOCUS is designed as a four-day event for young Armenian professionals from around the world.
FOCUS is designed as a four-day event for young Armenian professionals from around the world to congregate and share their international perspectives and to showcase notable contributions and achievements made by AGBU's diverse youth programs. Celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2011, this unique affair allows participants the opportunity to explore cosmopolitan cities around the world while meeting like-minded professionals and honoring the AGBU programs that have positively impacted generations of young Armenians.
Building on the impressive accomplishments of its premier weekend in New York in 2001, AGBU FOCUS has since evolved into a biennial affair uniting close to 2,000 young Armenians in cities across the globe. AGBU FOCUS has traveled to New York (2001, 2007), Montreal (2003), Miami (2005), Chicago (2009) and is now heading across the Atlantic to Paris, France.

The AGBU FOCUS Organizing Committee works diligently throughout the year to provide a well-rounded array of activities. The FOCUS weekend will begin with the traditional Thursday-night networking event known as Perspectives. On Friday, FOCUS will welcome hundreds of guests to its always-exciting Club Night at a hot venue in the heart of Paris. Saturday will be filled with culture and ceremony, starting with the FOCUS on Art event during the day followed by a formal Gala celebration in the evening. As always, FOCUS will conclude on Sunday with a special Brunch. We plan to add several other events to this year's schedule that will allow guests to further engage in meaningful exchanges with their peers.
